All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our registered prescribers following a clinical assessment of your submitted information. Completion of a consultation questionnaire does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
Prescriptions are valid for the period stated on the medication label. Repeat prescriptions require a new consultation and clinical review. You must inform us immediately of any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances that may affect your treatment.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription issued by a qualified prescriber registered in the UK.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment processor.
Your payment covers the consultation fee and, where applicable, the cost of medication. You will receive a full itemised receipt by email. We do not store your payment card details on our systems.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is via a tracked postal or courier service.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us promptly.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging in accordance with storage requirements for each product.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been approved by a pharmacist for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensing has begun, we are unable to offer a refund on medication under the Medicines Act 1968 and consumer regulations applicable to prescription items.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a clinical assessment has been completed, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
